Fitting gaiters to your shoes is critical to ensure that your feet remain sand-free during your desert runs. Stitching gaiters to shoes is a specialised skill and should be undertaken with great care. We would recommend that you use a cobbler who has performed this service for a number of years.
Please note that the velcro is usually stitched directly to your shoes. Once stitched, the velcro cannot be removed without some damage to the shoe.
