The Expedition Foods Emergency Pack for 6 Months includes one breakfast and one dinner meal per day.

Each meal contains 800 calories totalling 1600 kcal per day.

The emergency pack includes a variety of meals and takes the thinking out of meal selection.

REMARKS:

- Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.

- Meals can be rehydrated with hot or cold water.

- The emergency pack ships from our warehouse in the UK. This ration pack cannot be shipped to the European Union.
